Welcome to Academic Solutions by Armella Smith. With over 25 years in dual enrollment program management and expansion, I have dedicated my career to enhancing early postsecondary opportunities for academically diverse students.

I am the former Senior Dual Enrollment & Statewide Dual Credit Advisor for Memphis Shelby County Schools, the largest school district in Tennessee. I managed the Dual Enrollment programs for 30 high schools and 9 college partners, maintaining a 93% and higher pass rate over the last 13 years. I also lead the expansion of Statewide Dual Credit programs for 30 high schools.
My goal is to provide schools and colleges with hands-on program planning, implementation support, and management tools. I am committed to expanding early postsecondary programs to increase access and opportunities for all high school students.
